DORCHESTER | It's been more than a full week by this point, and we still have so much to say about the Carolinas Coaches Combine stop in Woodland.

We've covered the award winners, offensive players, defensive players and specialists from the Lower State spanning all classifications and several graduating classes.

Now, it's time to take a look at some potential future defensive stars from the Class of 2029.

The youngsters' time to shine was during the third and final session of the day, and they took full advantage with standout performances in the combine, individual drills and one-on-one competitions.

Here's a look at a few that grabbed our attention.

DEFENSIVE LINEMEN

The big guys up front had a big day, and maybe no one in this class had a better day than [player_tooltip player_id='1839899' first='Dez' last='Davis'] from North Augusta. The 260-pounder had one of the best 40-yard dash times of anyone at 4.59 seconds, he posted strong numbers in the vertical leap and medicine ball throw, and he impressed during the drills that followed the combine. Javon Bessillieu of Andrews moved around well at 194 pounds and showed plenty of room to add to his frame, as did East Clarendon's Austin Lowery at just shy of 6 feet tall and 208 pounds. He broke 5 seconds in the 40 and also benched 185 pounds 22 times. [player_tooltip player_id='1817978' first='Najhir' last='Pelzer'] of Orangeburg-Wilkinson showed plenty of burst at 189 pounds, and his 40 time of 4.86 seconds was one of the better ones of the group.

LINEBACKERS

Porter-Gaud's [player_tooltip player_id='1817932' first='Beanie' last='Brown'] checked in at just under 6 feet tall and 189 pounds and looked solid in pass coverage, while Edisto's [player_tooltip player_id='1818714' first='Carter' last='Coleman'] showed at 251 pounds that he can be a run stuffer at the line of scrimmage. Asiel Graham looks the part of yet another hard-nosed linebacker for defending Class A champion Bamberg-Ehrhardt, and [player_tooltip player_id='1881794' first='Ethan' last='Shaw'] from Loris displayed some explosive power with his performance in the medicine ball throw. The youth movement continues for an Aiken High program, and [player_tooltip player_id='1840741' first='Johnny' last='Dobbs'](pictured) reminded why he's a big part of that conversation with a strong combine performance before an equally solid afternoon in individual drills and one-on-ones.

DEFENSIVE BACKS

Session III was light on rising sophomore defensive backs, but Latta's Jomaurie Galloway and North Charleston's [player_tooltip player_id='1818651' first='Willie' last='Hudson'] both made the most of their trip to Woodland. Galloway showed there's plenty of power and room to add more to his 134-pound frame, and Hudson flashed a combination of straight-line speed and strength at 152 pounds.

DORCHESTER | It's been more than a full week by this point, and we still have so much to say about the Carolinas Coaches Combine stop in Woodland.
