About Maddux

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

As a member of the offensive line, I understand that I am part of a unit and have a role that contributes to the success of my team. I play physical, smart football and conduct myself in a way that will not take away from the success of my team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have high expectations for myself as a player, student, and man. I am coachable, hard-working, respectful, and confident.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Future Farmers of America (FFA) Tennessee Forest Worker Certification Volunteer as middle school football coach

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have volunteered to help coach the offensive and defensive line for the middle school football program for 2 years. I was asked to coach the line for a travel football team and was given full responsibility and leadership as a lineman coach. I've been a part of the starting offensive line since freshman year. I work hard to support my teammates and believe I lead by example.

What type of college are you looking for?

A college that has the programs of study I am wanting to major in as well as a college that supports its athletes in their development as players and students.
