Our Winter rankings update pinpointed even more players from the 2027, 2028 and 2029 classes who have stood out in their respective positions. For a variety of reasons, our team decided that each of those new additions were worthy of a coveted spot in our rankings.

But as you've discovered by following along, we're nowhere near done.

As we traverse the offseason, we're also seeing a changing of the guard. And, as such, PRZ South Carolina is constantly looking at as many of the 10,000 or so prep football players in the SCHSL and SCISA ranks as possible.

Now, the Community Film Room is back.

In each edition, we'll break down five unranked players from across the state to let you see what we're seeing. The series will lead right into the the start of the spring rankings cycle, the ever-growing importance of the summer program schedules and then the 2026 season.

In Episode 78, we're pin-pointing an interior lineman from the GSPD, a Lowcountry receiver playing bigger than his measurables, a state championship-winning tailback from the Midlands, a pass-rushing linebacker from the Upstate and a Catawba River Region pass catcher on the brink of something big.

For as much as the Red Foxes would like to have a stable of 6-foot-5 offensive linemen doing their thing, slightly smaller interior linemen like Turner have been the driving force of Hartsville's high-powered running game. Turner, all 6-foot-1 and 285 pounds of him, was instrumental at left guard last fall, using a variety of directional movement to make his impact even bigger.

The scheme itself lends itself to some unfounded concerns about pass blocking, but Turner's no slouch there, either. However, what he does when the Foxes keep the ball on the ground is always going to be vital. When we broke down his film, we saw him redirect, stand up and flatten linemen on and off throughout his junior season.

The conglomerate of his strategies can't be undersold, especially when considering how much speed Hartsville has with its ball carriers. They know not to wait around for a perfect situation, which means Turner's reaction time off the snap creates those opportunities while the defensive lineman is still trying to work around his initial ask.

Lee's progress has been incremental and impossible to ignore at the same time. In two fewer games as a junior, he caught five more passes for another 56 yards and an additional touchdown compared to his sophomore season. Some of that was his experience with all-everything quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1165148' first='Jachin' last='Davis'] (now on his way to Liberty to play college ball).

But what will translate to any quarterback is how Lee is extremely comfortable with what he is. The undersized receiver knows he's not going to muscle his way through press coverage, so he's added a nice component of mobility in his routes.

And when plays do break down, that elusiveness equates to even more targets. He's not going to be a No. 1 receiver, probably ever, but his ability to get open will probably mean even more now that Davis and an FBS tailback are leaving the roster.

Even as the Silver Foxes started to throw more and more and rotated different backs, it was evident to everyone that the power of the running game was elevating Dutch Fork on a path that resulted in yet another state championship trophy. The Foxes were scoring touchdowns, not kicking field goals. Wilson was as big a part of that rushing attack as anyone.

The 5-foot-11, 180-pound tailback had 595 yards and a fantasy-football lover's dream of 13 touchdowns. Six of those scores came in a two-week span in October when he thrashed Chapin (176 yards, three TDs) and White Knoll (116, three).

He was running behind a talented offensive line - and he will be again this season - but his ability to hit the hole with authority made him ultra dangerous after the Silver Foxes had reached the red zone. On many of those touchdown runs, he appeared to be stopped for a loss, only to downshift and muscle his way through a defender.

For as much as Renrick (pictured) is starting to look like a true college middle linebacker, he's expanding his own footprint at the high school level with his pass-rushing skills. After compiling three sacks and 21 tackles (and no tackles for loss) up as a sophomore at JL Mann, he transferred to Greenville and immediately put up some excellent numbers.

In Year 1 with the Raiders, he finished with 58 total tackles, 13 tackles for loss and nine sacks. He also picked off a pass, knocked down a couple more and recovered a fumble. Again, no slouch figures there.

Renrick goes back and forth between a standing edge spot and putting his hand on the ground, and the results are often the same despite the different looks. His speed and upper body strength are giving him a clear advantage on the edge against slower tackles who can't extend far enough or bend enough to prevent him from getting into he backfield.

Terrell turned some heads at last spring's Carolinas Coaches Combines when he put up a vertical leap north of 35 inches and then hit 117 on his broad jump. He wasn't simply a warrior for one offseason event, though.

As a junior, Terrell was a consistent presence for a Yellow Jacket offense that threw the ball more than some expected. In fact, he ended up leading Fort Mill in every receiving category. His 42 receptions, 666 yards and six touchdowns were a combination of home run balls where he beat everyone on the defense and acrobatic sideline catches where his cut backs prevented anyone from stepping in front of the path of the ball.

The Yellow Jackets are going to be breaking in a new quarterback, and there's already a 1,000-yard rusher on the roster. But we have a hard time not seeing Terrell doing some massive damage in his final year of high school ball.
