He has a high hangtime that has developed nicely with his reps this offseason and also shows off develping length in the kicks he has shown off. He also plays running back for the Spartans, and is one when he gets downhill isn't afraid of contact or lowering his shoulder for extra yards. At a kicking camp in California, Eli placed 25th amongst kickers overall (only ND prospect) with his best skillset showing off his hangtime and developing length from the kicks I was able to see. He made a 44-yard field goal against the wind during the regular season and did so like it was clockwork from a length perspective as surely he looked like he could hit from 50 yards from the angle I had on tape. There's also no doubt that Colby has the best hangtime I have seen yet in the Dakotas overall, as his kicks get up with authority. Surely one of the best specialist prospects out there in either of the Dakotas in my eyes in this class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
