Malachi is next line of high level QBs coming out of Montgomery Blair HS. A playmaker and creator from QB spot, Malachi consistently makes something out of nothing in the passing game. He shows excellent pocket mobility with impressive footwork and elusiveness to avoid rushers and make a play. With a live arm and a rapid release, Malachi gets the ball out quickly to his skill players. He can throw it on a rope and put it on his receivers in stride. As Malachi gets more comfortable as a passer and gets more reps. Look for him to make some big time impressive plays as a backfield creator next fall.
