Owens was one of the many on the West Boca defensive front causing havoc against Carol City. He dislodged the football with a punishing hit on the Chiefs’ quarterback, leading to a turnover at a critical juncture.
The junior comes off the edge quickly and hits with authority. He has a solid frame and knocks offensive linemen off their feet. Owens sheds blockers well and drives with force to the football.
Definitely a prospect to watch for the next two seasons.
