Stargell’s a multi-sport athlete for Richmond who does just as much on the basketball court as he does on the football field. He got the nod to start for Richmond and had moments where he showed his flash and potential. He’s a good athlete who can run and get away from defenders. He’s capable on the run and will keep his eyes down the field. If he’s able to develop in the passing game to be a full-pocket passer, he can become a longtime starter. His 1136 passing yards with 12 TDs, and 350 passing yards with 6 TDs on the year, showed what he’s capable of.
