Shane is a wide receiver we learned about at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase and is one that I surely like the upside he could produce this offseason. As a route-runner he’s got the speed and agility you want to have from the top of his routes on a consistent basis. He’s got some growth to show off with getting more yards after contact and finding more balance with his vision for that as well. The 5’11 165 pounder from Dickinson, has good footwork and hands in reeling in throws that are well-contested and can utilze his feet around the edges. He’s an aggressive route runner that could be a productive slot-receiver at the next-level at a school in the Dakotas in my eyes.

A new name that was a top performer at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase last Sunday in Aberdeen was Dickinson 2027 wide receiver Shane Cianni Shane Cianni 5'11" | 164 lbs | WR Dickinson | 2027 State ND . Shane was a springy route runner off the top of his route that knew how to win reps with timing with use of his change of direction time and time again at our showcase. He tested in the pro-shuttle at 4.34 and went 7.08 in the L-drill which were both on our Dakotas leadership for top testers with the Universal Speed Rating. If you want to talk about a wide receiver prospect at our showcase that popped out their athletic catch radius, you have to talk about Shane as he had one of the best in that regard that I saw. He was an immediate add on to my 2027 North Dakota recruiting board that I am glad I got on our radar at our Prep Redzone Dakotas.
