These prospects have made names for themselves and have caught the attention of coaches and scouts at the collegiate level. With the 2025 season getting closer, we're looking for players whose stock is rising in the state.   These players are all talented and have college-level abilities. Some of these players have a few offers, but all of them have the ability to play college football at some level.   There are some big-time, highly rated prospects and several sleeper prospects who should all be getting looks for the next level. This list is full of stud prospects. His ability to accelerate through tight lanes and finish runs with authority separates him from most backs his size. He has excellent vision, quick decision-making, and shows the burst to create chunk plays when the crease opens. His balance through contact is one of his strongest traits.   Analysis: Roberts is a high-effort, high-production back who consistently maximizes his touches. His combination of speed, power, and football IQ makes him one of the more college-ready runners in the Tampa Bay area. With his academic profile and athletic testing numbers, he has clear next-level upside.   Kameryn Manneh – Williston High (c/o 2026) Height/Weight: 5'6”, 150 lbs Season Stats: 113 carries for 940 yards, 11 TDs Additional: 4.53 40-yard dash   Scouting Report: Manneh is a lightning-quick back who excels in space and thrives on making defenders miss. His agility stands out immediately—sudden lateral cuts, sharp change of direction, and the acceleration to break contain and outrun angles. Despite a smaller frame, he's tougher than expected and finishes runs with effort.   Analysis: Manneh's ability to generate explosive plays makes him a legitimate offensive weapon. He has the toughness and consistency that coaches love, along with strong situational awareness. His productivity in a competitive district highlights both his talent and reliability. Will Mirabella – Alonso High (c/o 2026) Height/Weight: 5'9”, 175 lbs Season Stats: 134 carries for 923 yards, 9 TDs; 8 receptions for 146 yards Additional: 4.48 40-yard dash   Scouting Report: Mirabella is a fast, fluid runner with impressive open-field acceleration. He shows good patience on zone runs, allowing blocks to develop before exploding into space. His ability to contribute in the passing game gives Alonso flexibility in how they deploy him.
