A standout out of the QB group at the second & final PJ Fleck RTB Prospect Camp of the summer, Anderson has made significant growth and improvement in his frame, strength, and overall command of the pigskin on Sunday night. Anderson’s touch was superb, and he was consistently dropping the ball in the bucket during both drill work into a simulated WR and net, as well as during 1v1s, when WRs were working vertically in particular. His arm talent, accuracy, and confidence were all in the spotlight during the Gopher’s camp on Sunday night.

With the quarterback position, the term balanced might get overused but it’s crucial for quarterbacks to have, as that term applies to the live eval I got on Eden Prairie 2028 quarterback Blake Anderson on Saturday at the Pro MN Athletics Camp. Blake was persistent in the live reps I watched, with his ball placement which seemed to always be in the right spot with the right timing. Blake was another quarterback that showed off a quick growth curve on Saturday, as if you watched his first rep to his last rep it was evident that this young man was grasping the attention to detail from two Gopher QB legends to improve his game. Again, the overall balance Blake displayed with about all of his skillsets is going to be intriguing to watch grow over the coming years. Twitter
