The state of Arkansas had matchups that were taking place on Thursday and Friday of this week. A few schools have bye weeks during week three, however the list is still an impressive one.
Austin Myers Austin Myers 6'4" | 185 lbs | QB Vilonia | 2022 State AR -Vilonia-Quarterback-2022
The Vilonia quarterback had another impressive outing on Thursday night. He was impressive both running and throwing the football and set the tone for the weekend. Myers was 25 of 38 for 438 yards and five touchdowns on Thursday. However, Myers was not finished there, he rushed 15 times for 48 yards. Myers is off to a strong start in his senior season and is setting the tone as conference play starts to heat up.
Matthew Huff Matthew Huff 5'11" | 190 lbs | RB Jessieville | 2022 State AR -Jessieville-Running Back-2022
Jessieville running back Matthew Huff Matthew Huff 5'11" | 190 lbs | RB Jessieville | 2022 State AR is one of the most productive running backs in the state of Arkansas. Huff has always been a running back that has had no problems running wide receiver routes. Last night, Huff put the receiving ability on display. Huff was on the receiving end of two touchdowns. However, he was not done there, Huff proceeded to rush for three more touchdowns. Huff has the chance to have an excellent 2021 season.
Peyton McKee Peyton McKee 6'0" | 175 lbs | WR Springdale Har-Ber | 2022 State AR -Har-Ber-Wide Receiver-2022
The game of the week was in Springdale on Friday night. Fort Smith Northside defeated Springdale Har-Ber in a shootout last night. Whenever the Wildcats needed a big reception McKee found a way to get open. Last night, McKee hauled in 11 receptions for 228 yards receiving for the Wildcats. With last night’s performance it is clear that the Wildcats have found the go-to wide receiver in the offense. Look for Har-Ber to right the ship over the next few weeks and make a strong playoff push this season.
Hunter Talley Hunter Talley 6'4" | 205 lbs | QB Siloam Springs | 2022 State AR -Siloam Springs-Quarterback-2022
A name that people are getting used to seeing in the Prime-Time Players list every week is Hunter Talley Hunter Talley 6'4" | 205 lbs | QB Siloam Springs | 2022 State AR . Last night, was another impressive night for the Siloam Springs quarterback. Talley was 8 of 11 for 181 yards and two touchdowns. Talley was even more impressive on the ground. He rushed for 246 yards and five touchdowns off of 11 carries. Talley has flown under the radar; however, he is one of the most explosive players in the state that scouts should take a look at.
Darryl Kattich Darryl Kattich 6'0" | 195 lbs | RB Cedarville | 2022 State AR -Cedarville-Running Back-2022
Darryl Kattich Darryl Kattich 6'0" | 195 lbs | RB Cedarville | 2022 State AR is another player that continues to fly under the radar even though he is extremely productive and consistent. Kattich accomplished several impressive feats on Friday night. During the course of Kattich’s career, he has surpassed the 4,000-yard mark. Friday night he was tremendous again, rushing for 168 yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries. Kattich is setting the stage for a terrific 2021 season with his performances.
Eli Craig Eli Craig 5'10" | 195 lbs | WR Rogers Heritage | 2022 State AR -Rogers Heritage-Running Back-2022
Rogers Heritage has talented skill position players. Eli Craig Eli Craig 5'10" | 195 lbs | WR Rogers Heritage | 2022 State AR is proof of that statement. Craig had an impressive game against Alma on Friday night. Craig rushed 18 times for 239 yards and three touchdowns. Heritage is a team that continues to show potential, and Eli Craig Eli Craig 5'10" | 195 lbs | WR Rogers Heritage | 2022 State AR is a player that scouts will want to take note of this season. He is a player that can catch the football out of the backfield and can be a nightmare to bring down. Keep an eye out for Craig this season.
Preston Davis Preston Davis 5'11" | 210 lbs | LB Little Rock Christian | 2024 State AR -Little Rock Christian-Linebacker-2024
One of the best linebacking prospects in the state is Preston Davis Preston Davis 5'11" | 210 lbs | LB Little Rock Christian | 2024 State AR . Davis had another impressive night on Friday. Little Rock Christian pitched a shutout last night in a 59-0 rout over Center Hill. Davis amassed 14 tackles and had one fumble recovery. Davis is all over the field and his totals reflect that fact. Keep an eye on this young man, he has the potential to be a division one player over the next few years.
Conner Stacy Conner Stacy 6'0" | 155 lbs | ATH Alma | 2022 State AR -Alma-Wide Receiver-2022
The Alma wide receiver exploded on Friday night. Stacy sat school records on Friday night for receptions with 16 and yardage with 223. He also was able to punch the ball in endzone on a one-yard rush. Stacy is wide receiver that has a knack for getting open and his route running is extremely sharp. Look out for Stacy as Alma enters conference play, he has the potential to have some big games over the next few weeks.
Jordan Mills Jordan Mills 6'4" | 210 lbs | QB Hot Springs Lakeside | 2022 State AR -Hot Springs Lakeside-Quarterback-2022
Everyone was waiting on Rams quarterback Jordan Mills Jordan Mills 6'4" | 210 lbs | QB Hot Springs Lakeside | 2022 State AR to get hot. On Friday night Mills was white hot against Malvern. The Lakeside Ram threw for six touchdowns. Mills is a quarterback that has tremendous potential, and he will likely make life difficult on the opposition the rest of the season. Keep an eye on Mills this season.
Cade Forrester Cade Forrester 6'0" | 180 lbs | QB Hoxie | 2022 State AR -Hoxie-Quarterback-2022
Forrester is continuing to play at an extremely high level. Forrester is becoming a fixture in the Prime-Time Players list with another impressive performance last night. Forrester was 8 of 13 for 132 yards and four touchdowns. Forrester also punched the ball in the end zone and rushed for 64 yards off of 23 carries. Pretty much business as usual for the Hoxie quarterback.
Weston Pierce Weston Pierce 6'3" | 180 lbs | QB Maumelle | 2023 State AR -Maumelle-Quarterback-2023
The Maumelle quarterback has been playing some impressive football this season. On Thursday night that trend continues. Pierce was 22 of 28 for 313 yards and three touchdowns. Pierce is an extremely accurate quarterback and is not afraid to uncork a long throw. Keep an eye on Pierce, with one more full season to play, he has a chance to be a quarterback division one teams will want to keep an eye on over the next few years.

Bradon Allen Bradon Allen 6'0" | 165 lbs | QB Lonoke | 2024 State AR had a strong performance on Friday night. The Lonoke quarterback did a good job of mixing the run with the pass. Last night, Allen was 11-18 for 103 yards and two touchdowns. However, he also used his legs well to the tune of 84 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries. Allen is a quarterback to watch over the next couple of seasons.
Kaden Henley Kaden Henley 6'2" | 225 lbs | LB Shiloh Christian | 2022 State AR -Shiloh Christian-Linebacker-2022
I have said in the past that Kaden Henley Kaden Henley 6'2" | 225 lbs | LB Shiloh Christian | 2022 State AR is all over the field. Last night, that proved to be true against Sand Springs. The Shiloh linebacker had a strong performance. Henley racked up 16 tackles, three tackles for loss, and one pass break up. The Arkansas commit continues to put together impressive performances every week. He is on a roll entering conference play!
