A gritty, hard-hitting linebacker who hits with force, Deal is a quick defender who closes quickly on the ball-carrier and delivers a bruise when he gets there. One of the top 2027 defenders in the region, Deal has been really active this fall and has been extremely productive with his 83 tackles and six TFLs. He also brings a level of versatility as he’s an efficient pass-rusher who constantly finds his way into the backfield. He’s sacked the quarterback five times and has caused two fumbles this season. He’s one of the more underrated linebackers in the area who deserves recognition for his strong play.
