Makes his route-running look like the defensive backs are jogging with how long he can stretch on his routes, especially deep.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>-Great arm strength and ball placement on quarterback reps he shows off for the Roughriders. Matthew surely grades out in my eyes as an easy scholarship-level grade in my eyes that could be a steal at the D2 level with his upside and flexibility.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
