Not the biggest linebacker prospect in the state, Samir plays with the same ball-pursuit and desire to make the tackle that he needs to succeed in college. He makes up for his lack of size with that trait, but also in his ability to not be too overreactive to fakes or quarterbacks rolling out of the pocket.
