Ballard is one of the more productive sophomore pass catchers in the state and will likely garner buzz as both a receiver and a tight end. He is a mismatch threat on the outside, but his natural development might project him to TE. Regardless, he is a towering basketball prospect with natural mismatch ability. With little effort, he can outstride and out-reach DBs. There is plenty of upside in the tank here, especially as his nuance comes along.
