About Suenens

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a downhill, physical linebacker who plays fast and attacks the ball. I read plays quickly, make tackles in space, and create turnovers. I thrive on disrupting the offense, whether it’s through tackles for loss, forced fumbles, or interceptions. I play with high energy, a strong motor, and a commitment to finishing every play.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a competitive, high-motor player who thrives under pressure. I bring intensity and focus to every play, lead by example, and never back down from a challenge. I’m coachable, disciplined, and always looking to improve on and off the field.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Yes, I’m actively involved in Club at my school, including fellow athletes christian club. I also focus on academics and leadership, and have received recognition for honor society member and Iam a Member of the Duke of Edinburgh . These experiences help me build discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills that I bring to the field.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through football and school activities, I’ve developed strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. I take pride in motivating my teammates, holding myself and others accountable, and leading by example on and off the field. I also value community service and giving back, which has taught me responsibility, empathy, and the importance of contributing to something bigger than myself.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, I’ve faced challenges such as, tough losses, balancing academics and sports. These experiences taught me resilience, focus, and perseverance. I’ve learned to stay mentally strong, push through adversity, and use setbacks as motivation to improve both on and off the field.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that values both academics and athletics, where I can compete at a high level in football while continuing to grow in the classroom. I want a program with strong coaching, a team-focused culture, and opportunities to develop as a leader on and off the field. I’m also interested in a school that offers a supportive community and resources to help me succeed long-term.

There is a lot to like about Suenens Saint Fleur Suenens Saint Fleur Suenens Saint Fleur 6'0" | 209 lbs | LB/ATH Weequahic | 2027 State NJ ‘s game. Saint Fleur maintained great pad level and has hands soft enough to handle howitzers wizzing toward him. Wiht his elite pad level, Saint Fleur breaks down and comes to balance well. He is, however, a bit over-anxious to make plays. Squaring will help, especially if he continues to cheat his leverage. Chopping his feet or surfing will enable him to avoid over pursuing as well.

Suenens looked like one of the most physically developed players at the NJ Exposure Series event, carrying himself with the size, strength, and build of a college linebacker. As a run defender, he attacked gaps aggressively and screamed downhill to meet running backs in the hole. What made his performance even more impressive was the way he moved in coverage, showing solid fluidity and awareness in space. One of his best reps came during man coverage across the middle, where he closed quickly and deflected a pass cleanly. His combination of physicality, range, and overall athleticism made him one of the top linebacker performers of the camp.
