Kaydon has a nice feel for running the football, especially when it comes to finding space between the tackles. He shows patience behind his offensive line, allowing blocks to develop before making his move. What I like about his running style is how he can make a quick cut without losing much momentum, giving him a chance to turn a small opening into a nice gain. He also does a good job keeping his feet moving through contact and fighting for those extra yards. When he gets into the open field, he has the ability to make defenders miss and create something beyond what’s blocked for him. Kaydon is a back who can hurt a defense in different ways when the ball is in his hands.

Kaydon is a low-centered runner with excellent body control and outstanding lower-body strength. He has great vision, runs with balance and power, and is a weapon in the passing game, making him a versatile offensive threat.

Castro gave Rockwall the balance they needed, rushing for 71 yards and three touchdowns. A compact, downhill runner, he thrives in short-yardage situations thanks to his low center of gravity and strong contact balance. He projects as a workhorse back in district play and a reliable red-zone option.
