Sensational Seventy: Top Performers Of Week 4

Week 4 of the New  Mexico high school football season was filled with plenty of outstanding performances. Here is this week's Sensational Seventy:   [player_tooltip player_id='1137388' first='Daniel' last='Amaro'], Las Cruces: Came up big in the Bulldawgs' huge road win at Cleveland by rushing for 179 yards and 2 TD on 17 carries, including a 60+ yarder in the first quarter.     Osvaldo Arras, Organ Mountain: With sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='1613370' first='Romeo' last='Jones'] sidelined with an injury, Arras took over at running back as he rushed for 144 yards on 21 carries in the loss to St. Pius X.     [player_tooltip player_id='854199' first='Hayes' last='Baum'], Cibola: Last Thursday was a memorable night for Baum. He led Cibola's exceptional defensive effort against Cibola with 10 tackles, 2.0 TFL and 2.0 sacks as well as rushing for a TD out of the Wildcat. And he was crowned Homecoming King at halftime.       [player_tooltip player_id='1369761' first='William' last='Braun'], Albuquerque Academy: Completed 23-of-41 passes for 319 yards and 3 TD in Albuquerque Academy's loss at St. Michael's.   Jayson Bruner, Gallup: Six receptions for 125 yards and 1 TD in Gallup's loss to Bayfield (CO).   Manual Chavarria, Bloomfield: Threw for 234 yards on just 5 completions as Bloomfield mercy-ruled Kirtland Central.     [player_tooltip player_id='854299' first='David' last='Chavez'], Santa Rosa: One of the best stat lines of any Week 4 standout in New Mexico. Chavez rushed for 105 yards and made an incredible 21 tackles and 1 INT on defense.     Devon Chavez, Estancia: The freshman was sensational again with 267 rushing yards and 4 TD in the Bears' win over Socorro.   [player_tooltip player_id='854312' first='Josh' last='Cordova'], Santa Rosa: Rushed 19 times for 122 yards in Santa Rosa's win over Tularosa. He was one of THREE Lion rushers with 100+ yards, joining Daryn Pacheco and [player_tooltip player_id='854299' first='David' last='Chavez'] in the Century Club.     [player_tooltip player_id='1154956' first='Cayl' last='Cox-Liggins'], St. Pius X: 5 Receptions for 122 yards and 1 TD  in St. Pius X's win over Organ Mountain.   [player_tooltip player_id='853063' first='Isaiah' last='Dominguez'], St. Michael's: Rushed for 177 yards and scored 4 TD, 3 by rushing, in St. Michael's convincing weather-delayed win over 4A Albuquerque Academy.
