Likely a future collegiate DL, yet has experience at tackle at the HS level. Is a track and field participant at GM as well, should help boost his recruitment.

Hudl still has him at 6’2, 210. It’s evident Benoit is still growing, especially in terms of weight, which is a positive. Hardly any tape to uncover from his junior/sophomore campaigns, which explains why he is currently on our watch list. Based on his Oil City, Harbor Creek, and Dubois tapes, I can see local D3s flirting with recruiting Benoit to man a spot along the defensive front. Plenty of right tackle reps witnessed on tape, yet not sure if this is a realistic spot for him at the next level, considering his current weight and technique. That could change, of course. I do like reps where Benoit is aligned between the B-gaps. He’s on the nimble side of the DL athletic spectrum, so having him work as a potential IDL/3-4 DE would make plenty of sense, production on tape would solidify that notion.
