Will has already put together some good film as a freshman offensive lineman, giving us an early look at his potential up front. Playing on the offensive line at this age comes with a learning curve, especially when going against older and more experienced defensive linemen. His early film gives us a reason to pay attention as he continues to work on his footwork, hand placement, and overall technique. The more snaps he gets under his belt, the more comfortable he should become in both pass protection and run blocking. Will has a good foundation to build on, and I’m interested to see how much his game improves over the next few years.

Will is a 2030 offensive lineman already getting varsity snaps, giving him valuable experience against older competition. He does a good job getting into his blocks, using his frame to create running lanes and giving the offense room to work. Will plays with a good base and does a nice job staying engaged once he gets his hands on a defender. Getting these reps early in his high school career should only help him continue to develop as he takes on tougher competition.

Will is a physical offensive lineman who sets the tone with his strength and aggressive play style. He brings a downhill mentality to the position and looks most comfortable when he’s coming off the ball and engaging defenders head-on.

At the point of attack, Will shows good initial pop and does a solid job getting into his blocks with intent. He’s the type of lineman who looks to finish, consistently working through the whistle rather than stopping on contact. That edge shows up in both run and pass situations.

Will displayed smooth feet, exceptional body control, and strong hand placement, allowing him to stay balanced, sustain blocks, and adjust quickly to defenders in one on one competition. He showed good knee bend and core strength, allowing him to generate power. He had a solid initial punch, allowing him to control blockers off the line, and disrupt the point of attack. Overall, he plays with technique, awareness, and physicality, making him a reliable force on the offensive line.

Will H. Davis Will H. Davis 6'1" | 270 lbs | OL/DL Parish Episcopal | 2030 TX is a spectacular 2030 offensive and defensive linemen out of the State of Texas. Davis is a force in the trenches, and he is the type of player that is a major impact player. Davis has a ton of intangibles and he does a lot of things well at his positions. He uses his feet and hands well, he’s physical and tough. All of that on top of a very high IQ.
