How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I'm a pocket improviser and field general with excellent game IQ and a strong arm.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I thrive under pressure, have a strong work ethic and am committed fully to realizing my dream to play at the college level. In pursuit of this dream, I balance a rigorous academic schedule with relentless athletic training. I believe greatness is built in the hours no one sees.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Splitting Varsity time on a 3-7 team my Sophomore season, I had to learn how to manage an offense quickly under an unstable coaching situation. My work ethic shined during the offseason, contributing to the program's growth under an entirely new coaching staff. I strengthened my leadership skills, and am proud to say that I led my team to a 9-4 record and a Semifinals appearance my Junior year.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

My sophomore year I was given few opportunities, and struggled with a coach who didn't believe in me and my confidence was destroyed. This pushed me to improve over the course of the offseason, regaining my confidence and trust from teammates as l became a better player under a new coaching staff.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college with good academics that can challenge me as a student, as well as a strong coaching staff that can develop me and help me perfect my craft as a player.

Cadet threw for 1383 yards with 18 touchdowns last season for Marshall and ran for 216 yards with six touchdowns.

As a passer, he shows good accuracy when he gets to set his feet in the pocket and some nice velocity on the shorter throws. He’s a gifted scrambler who can pick up big chunks of yardage with his legs and can lower his shoulder into defenders to break tackles. Cadet could improve his off-platform throwing but his athleticism makes him tough to game plan for.
