He began as a freshman offensive tackle, slimmed down to transition into a tight end, and—after missing his junior season due to injury—has now stepped in as the Tigers' starting quarterback. In his debut, Brown was remarkably efficient, with his only incompletions coming on drops. He tossed two touchdown passes, though one was called back and another potential score was dropped.
