About Trendon

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a versatile DB/WR who plays physical, disciplined football. I lock down in coverage with quick instincts and ball skills, step up strong in run support, and make plays on offense as a smooth route runner with reliable hands.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m competitive, coachable, and team-first. I take pride in preparing the right way, staying disciplined, and pushing myself to get better every day on and off the field.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Along with football, I’m active in FCA and a member of NBCC Media team. I’ve kept around a 3.7 GPA, made Honor Roll, and I take pride in pushing myself to excel in the classroom and in my community just like I do on the field.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through football and school, I’ve grown as a leader and teammate. I’ve learned the importance of communication, accountability, and putting the team first. Being involved in FCA and Beta Club has also helped me build character, serve in my community, and stay grounded in my faith and academics

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is learning how to balance academics, athletics, and personal life. Playing multiple sports while keeping a high GPA and being active in clubs like FCA and Beta Club has pushed me to stay disciplined and manage my time well. It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s made me tougher, more focused, and hungry to keep improving

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that will challenge me both academically and athletically. I want to be part of a football program that values hard work, discipline, and development, while also giving me the opportunity to earn a strong degree and prepare for life after football.

Harden proved to be one of the premier two-way competitors at the camp, finishing as a top-three defensive back while also grading out as a top-10 wide receiver among a loaded group. He brings good positional size with an expansive catch and playmaking radius, consistently using his length to contest passing lanes and shrink throwing windows.

His ball skills and tracking ability clearly translate on both sides of the ball, allowing him to be effective in coverage and dangerous when the ball is in the air. Harden’s wiry strength shows up in press coverage, where he can disrupt timing at the line of scrimmage, and his solid backpedal and fluidity allow him to stay in phase downfield. His versatility, competitiveness, and transferable skill set make him one of the more valuable risers from the showcase.
