Owen is a player that I really like to take a step forward and put up big numbers for the Bulldogs this fall. His sophomore film shows a very dangerous slot wide receiver that can burn you from anywhere on the field. Owen possess very good top end speed and a solid route tree in his arsenal. I am also impressed with Owens ability to take a small slip screen and turn it into big time yardage. Vicksburg has multiple weapons on their offense and can see the Bulldogs have a big season based on that alone. Keep an eye out for Owen this fall as he continues to raise his stock in the 2028 class.

Representing the Mitten and Vicksburg High School – located 15ish minutes SE of Portage and 30 minutes south of Kalamazoo – Owen Bailey had some serious juice and was a unanimous Top Performer at the 2026 Macalester College High-Academic Prospect Camp. Bailey really flashed and came alive during 1v1s, displaying himself as an explosive and consistent deep threat who was smooth in-and-out of his breaks. He also caught anything and everything thrown his way in the 651, including a couple particularly impressive snags while fully extended. 3.85 GPA to boot!
