<p>Thornton is an amazing defensive back from Texas. We were excited to see him work out today. He has long arms and knows how to use them in coverage. This will be a player we continue to keep up with. He is a guy who knows how to break on the ball. </p>

<p>Defreeze is a talented receiver who knows how to go and get the rock. He is also a very talented route runner. We were able to see him make some tough catches today. He is also a guy who learns from his mistakes. Defreeze is a player from North Shore in Texas.</p>

<p>This guy is an offensive line prospect who has a lot of skills. He holds offers from multiple power four programs. He was able to handle his business against smaller and faster guys who were trying to get around him. This kid is tough. He is in the 2026 class from Mansfield (TX).</p>

<p>Staples is another player who did a good job yesterday. His coverage skills were very impressive. We felt like La'Damian Defreeze was one of the best receivers out there. We heard Defreeze tell Staples to join him on every rep. That lets you know how much of a pest Staples was in coverage yesterday. We will be keeping our eyes on him tomorrow. </p>
