IMG Academy Boasts Impressive 2022 Class

It should come as no surprise the level of talent that roams the field in Bradenton’s IMG Academy each year. This football program is easily one of the best in the country – and after a tremendous season in 2020, where the Ascenders wrapped up yet another national title – even in a pandemic season. With the departure of <strong>Bobby Acosta</strong>, who went to Texas, this program welcomes <strong>Thomas “Pepper” Johnson</strong> as the fourth head coach in program history. The former NFL linebacker comes into a program that is loaded – and this senior class (2022) certainly leads the way with impressive talent on both sides of the ball.
