Stock Up: 2026 Prospects Turning Heads This Spring

Florida has long been a hotbed of high school football talent. Annually, Florida produces some of the nation's top prospects. Florida athletes are known for their speed, agility, and raw athleticism. These prospects have made names for themselves and have caught the attention of coaches and scouts at the collegiate level. With the 2025 season getting closer, we're looking for players whose stock is rising in the state.   These players are all talented and have college-level abilities. Some of these players have a few offers, but all of them have the ability to play college football at some level.   There are some big-time, highly rated prospects and several sleeper prospects who should all be getting looks for the next level. This list is full of stud prospects.   Prep Redzone Florida will always support every player on their journey to playing college football.   [player_tooltip player_id='331637' first='Dominic' last='Renzulli'], LB – South Fort Myers High   Height/Weight: 6'0", 190 lbs   Evaluation: Renzulli shows flashes of playmaking ability with solid tackling technique and awareness in limited action. With more reps and a full season of production, he has the tools to emerge as a steady presence in the middle. A strong offseason and senior campaign could boost his visibility.   [player_tooltip player_id='1143175' first='Ethan' last='Phillips'], OLB – North Broward Prep   Height/Weight: 6'0", 205 lbs   Evaluation: Phillips brings a relentless motor and nose for the football. His production in just seven games is impressive, especially his ability to live in the backfield. He plays fast and aggressive with a knack for forcing negative plays. Phillips is an under-the-radar disruptor with the potential to rise fast in recruiting circles.   [player_tooltip player_id='1632524' first='Brody' last='Perez'], LB/ATH – St. Brendan High   Height/Weight: 5'8", 190 lbs   Evaluation: Perez is a high-effort, high-production linebacker who overcomes size limitations with physicality and tenacity. His stat line proves he consistently finds the football. He has good leverage, plays with a chip on his shoulder, and brings versatility to the field. His intelligence and toughness stand out on tape.   [player_tooltip player_id='1403768' first='Luke' last='Pastis'], Linebacker/Tight End – Edgewater High   Height/Weight: 6'2", 225 lbs   Evaluation: Pastis has the frame and athletic makeup to excel at either linebacker or tight end. Though his offensive stats are modest, his body type, movement, and physicality suggest strong upside on offense or defense. His recent D1 offer is a sign that colleges are beginning to recognize his potential. With continued development, he could be a steal in the recruiting process.   Adem Mustafaraj, LB – Eastlake High   Height/Weight: 6'0", 210 lbs   Evaluation: Mustafaraj is a complete linebacker with consistent production across all areas of the field. He's physical, smart, and active in pursuit, and his ability to impact the game in multiple ways—against the run, in pass rush, and in coverage—makes him one of the more well-rounded defenders in this group. Definitely a name to keep an eye on going into the fall.
