Eligon may have been the most explosive off the line of scrimmage at the event and is strong with his hands, always getting arm extension on the offensive linemen. He’s very versatile and can play off the edge or inside and he can work in tight spaces. Eligon was one of the faster linemen at the event and can get into the backfield quickly.

Eligon debuts in the 2027 rankings inside the top 100 overall after a massive offseason that has seen him win MVP at the National Preps Showcase and PRZ Showcase. His development and exposure has paid immediate dividends in his recruitment pulling in his first two offers from Hawaii and Northern Arizona. 6’3” 255 lbs. with an 82 inch wingspan he checks all the boxes in terms of size, length, and frame. His athleticism and versatility allow him to line up and be effective from anywhere on the DL. Excellent natural power and strength at the POA, he possesses two gap ability while being able to stack blockers and anchor down to hold a gap and not give ground. He’s a tough block given his wide variety of both speed and power moves. Shows he can spin, work laterally, or lock out to free himself up. Uses his length to his advantage to maintain separation from blockers or wrap up ball carriers that are outside his framework. Impressive all-around player that should see a bump in recruiting going forward.

Eligon was the smoothest through the individual drills and was blowing through the circle drill. In one-on-ones, he is active with his hands and can beat people with speed or power moves. The defensive linemen were encouraged to avoid bullrushes as much as possible, but the offensive linemen had a hard time getting their hands on Eligon which left him little choice but to bullrush or use power moves. He was held more than any defensive lineman at the camp which shows that he was difficult to stop. Eligon has good body control, plus strength and picked up an offer from Northern Arizona after the camp.

Eligon was the defensive line MVP on the day and had a dominant showing in the competition drills, going up against some of the states top talent. He clearly showed he is very technically sound with good body control and a diverse toolbox for the position while able to win with both speed and power at the POA. He is a smooth operator inside with both primary and secondary moves and has good initial twitch, sudden movement abilities and relies on his first step/active hands to apply pressure. He is a top name to note at his position across the region and is a no-brainer FCS+ next level guy.

Eligon is a versatile defensive lineman who can play inside or off the edge, but I like him better inside. He’s tenacious with his hands and offensive linemen were rarely able to get their hands on him. Eligon utilizes a spin move a lot but never gives up his body while spinning like some linemen do. He doesn’t take any wasted steps and can get to the quarterback quickly.
