Sadr isn’t an unknown commodity in our state, as his ranking would indicate. Sometimes, a prospect needs a fresh evaluation, however. That’s what we’re doing for the Treynor sophomore, who posted 40.0 tackles in 2025. Twenty two of those stops were solo and 11.5 of them resulted in lost yardage for the opponent. Sadr also was credited with a pancake block for his work on the offensive line. He certainly has made strides as a player from out last scouting report about eight months ago. We see that when watching his 10th-grade highlight video. Sadr fires off of the snap whether he’s lining up with his hand on the ground in the middle of a three-man front or coming from the outside. He uses his hands well and is physical, especially for his age. That should only increase as his frame fills out.

I’m keeping a close eye on Treynor’s Will Sadr Will Sadr 6'2" | 215 lbs | EDGE/OL Treynor | 2028 State IA as he goes into fall, looking to take on a bigger role. Will jumped onto my radar this winter when he attended our PRZ showcase and displayed the upside he brings to the DL. I could see him playing as a “hand in the dirt” defensive end or lined up in a stand-up outside linebacker role, depending on how he continues to fill out his frame. He has good length, which helps him create separation when rushing the passer and bat away reaching linemen. There’s still some green areas to Will’s game, but he should develop into a fine prospect by his senior campaign.
