He’s not too big to be able to keep up with defensive linemen in pass-rushing situations, and he’s still able to get off the line of scrimmage and block downfield in the run game.

If the second-team all-stater gets leverage, his opponent almost certainly ends up down and out of the play or pushed down the field so far he can’t recover.

At his size, Greenfield would have a legitimate chance to start day one for the Defenders.

Sibley-Ocheyedan’s Gage Greenfield Gage Greenfield 6'3" | 310 lbs | OL/DL Sibley-Ocheyedan | 2027 State IA is a prospect who I believe has the tools to develop into one of the next great Iowa linemen in the upcoming seasons. Right off the bat, Gage passes the eye test with next-level size at 6’5”, 320 pounds. He also moves very well for his size, showing that he can perform different blocks and climb up to the second level to clear out defenders. Greenfield also showed upside in the defensive line, showing that he can clog up running lanes effectively while still providing a consistent inside pass rush. Watch out for Gage as he fine-tunes his game… monster in the making!
