Munoz is one of the top 2028 linebackers across the region and is a high motor playmaker that is always around the ball. He performs well timed pressures, tackles well while able to knife into the backfield in space and can dip/bend around bigger blockers on his way to the backfield. Munoz shows the ability to make plays outside the tackles in the open field and flashes natural ball skills and bump and run coverage abilities downfield. He should have a monster Junior season for Liberty and is a top Bay Area name to note amongst the elite defenders.

Munoz can play anywhere on the second level or as a safety and is a terrific athlete that can cover ground, has natural ball skills and can close quickly in the open field while packing a punch at the point of attack. He is a very high IQ player that can sniff out plays, quickly knife into the backfield on the edges and shows he can cover downfield while good in transition and has some recovery speed and PBU abilities if beat over the top or across the middle. He picked up his first offer from Sacramento State after camping at their mega camp over the weekend and should be another Bay Area prospect that sees other FCS+ schools come in and offer through and after his Junior season for Liberty.
