In the run game, he excels at getting to the second level and picking up linebackers, staying active and engaged throughout the play. Firmin plays with a strong base and uses leverage to seal off defenders, creating clean running lanes. His pass protection is equally solid, able to absorb power rushers and keep the pocket firm with his strength. He brings an old school mentality to every snap and will be a key cog in his offensive front. As he continues to develop, Firmin has the tools to be a dominant presence.
