Hunter Stitely Hunter Stitely 6'3" | 220 lbs | DL Frankfort | 2022 State IL West Frankfort Twitter Highlights
Mr. Stitely is from West Frankfort, he currently holds no offers and was named to our 3A 1st Team All-State team for this past spring season. What I like most about this young man is his ability to get pressure on the QB and fill gaps in run support. With his ability to get pressure on the QB, he’s quick off the ball and does a good job with his use of hands at the point of attack batting the hands down of the blocker resulting in him making the play. He stands at 6’3 220 and I believe he’s going to have a strong fall season to increase his stock. If your school is looking for a balanced DE go take a look at this young man’s film above.
Jordan Tooles Jordan Tooles 6'0" | 220 lbs | DL Richards | 2022 State IL Richards Twitter Highlights
Mr. Tooles is from Richards, he currently holds no offers and was named to our 6A 1st Team All-State team for this past spring season. What I like most about this young man is his awareness and ability to get pressure on the QB. With his awareness, the first two or so plays of his highlights showcase just that as he diagnoses the play and reacts quickly resulting in interceptions. His pass rush is something to watch as he’s quick off the ball where he’s able to bend low beating the tackle on the outside rush to sack the QB. There’s a play in his highlight tape where he beats not one but two offensive linemen before getting to the QB further showcased his pass rush skillset. If your school is looking for a pass rush DE go take a look at this young man’s film above.
Kevin Frazier Kevin Frazier 6'1" | 240 lbs | DL Brother Rice | 2022 State IL Brother Rice Twitter Highlights
Mr. Frazier is from Brother Rice, he currently holds no offers and has gone to various camps this summer to get his name out there. What I like most about this young man is his ability to get pressure on the QB. He’s quick off the ball and has good use of hands at the point of attack where he bats the hands down of the offensive lineman beating the block to get into the backfield. This young man lines up at various positions on the defensive line and gets it done at each position. Keep an eye on how he produces this fall season as I expect his production to increase. If your school is looking for a pass-rushing defensive lineman go take a look at this young man’s film above.
Eli Shereshovech Eli Shereshovech 6'4" | 235 lbs | DL Buffalo Grove | 2022 State IL Buffalo Grove Twitter Highlights
Mr. Shereshovech is from Buffalo Grove, he currently has two offers from Bemidji State University and Grand Valley State University. What I like most about this young man is his ability to make plays in both the passing defense as well as the run defense. He’s quick off the ball using his hands at the point of attack to beat the blocker resulting in a QB pressure/sack and fills gaps in run support making the play at the line of scrimmage. He’s a player to watch this upcoming fall season as he has untapped potential yet to come to light. If your school is looking for a balanced defensive lineman, go take a look at this young man’s film above.
Thaddeus Gianaris Thaddeus Gianaris 6'2" | 230 lbs | DL Maine South | 2022 State IL Maine South Twitter Highlights
Mr. Gianaris is from Maine South, he currently holds no offers and was names to our 8A 1st Team All-State team for this past spring season. What I like most about this young man is his ability to get pressure on the QB. He’s quick off the ball and has good use of hands at the point of attack. There’s a play at the beginning of his highlight tape where he splits the guard & tackle getting to the quarterback in an instant, this gave the quarterback no time to read the defense or avoid the pressure resulting in a sack. This young man shows this throughout his highlight tape above, I expect his stock to rise this fall season when it’s all said and done. If your school is looking for a pass-rushing DE go take a look at his film to see if he’s a fit for your program.
Kaleb Middendorf Kaleb Middendorf 6'4" | 200 lbs | DL Hamilton County | 2022 State IL Hamilton County Twitter Highlights
Mr. Middendorf is from Hamilton County, he currently holds no offers and gets it done on defense for his team. What I like most about this young man is the high motor he showcased in his spring season film. Standing at 6’4 200, he flies to the ball whether that’s in the pass or run defense. This young man is able to bat the blockers hands down to get pressure on the quarterback and gets off of blocks to make the tackle in run support. He’s flying under the radar at the moment and I expect his stock to rise once this fall season is concluded. If your school is looking for a DE that has a high motor and gets it done on defense, go take a look at this young man’s film above.
These are some of the Preseason Names to Watch at the DL position for the class of 2022. Keep an eye on these young men as they get ready to put the pads on.
