North Bay Haven Searches For An Identity

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>For many decades, <strong>Andy Siegal</strong> has recruited, coached and developed football talent at the high school and collegiate level.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Best known for building programs into contenders over his many years in the sport, he returns to Panama City North Bay Haven this year to turn things around at a school that plainly has not been able to get things on track.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>For five season (2018-22), Siegal coached the Buccaneers and found that competing in an area that had already had its established teams and feeder programs would not be an easy task.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>When he left, the football team was starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but with several coaching changes and numerous student/athletes taking advantage of the “open enrollment” opportunities, he comes back to see a team that will be young and left with few prospects.
