Film Watched: Sept 4 Vs Central Square, Sept 11 Vs Fulton

Foltz is an elite level prospect in the 2029 class at the WR position. He showcases the ability to play on both sides of the field, and he caught my eye this spring while competing for Syracuse Elite during the 7v7 season.

Foltz is a speed threat and runs under a 4.8 as a Sophomore, the speedy WR, shows the ability to play on both sides of the ball, and while watching his tape so far in this young season, I see good hands, and elite route running. His talent is on full display as a route runner, and as a Pass Catcher, he can rack up balls across the field. Foltz is a developing prospect who should work on gaining space off the line, and dipping his hips at the top of his routes more for a cleaner and stronger break.
