With north of 250 players in attendance, there were a lot of players to scout, evaluate, and talk to, here are our top performers from the class of 2023 in no order.
Fairfax 2023 LB Tony Rojas
Rojas was the breakout recruit of the camp and may have changed his life. After picking up offers from Virginia Tech, Duke, and Maryland, Rojas picked up Old Dominion and Ole Miss at the camp after running a verified 4.42 40-yard dash. Rojas is a top-flight 2023 recruit and everyone knows now. I wasn’t familiar with him before this camp, but now, I’m all over Rojas as a power five caliber linebacker.
Tony, I’m sorry I didn’t have you in our initial 2023 rankings. A top 15 spot awaits when we update.

Colonial Forge 2023 OL Nolan McConnell Nolan McConnell 6'7" | 305 lbs | OL Colonial Forge | 2023 State VA
Someone who was in our initial 2023 rankings, McConnell reinforced why at the camp as he is just big, mean, and physical. At 6’7″ and 290lbs, McConnell is the prototypical OL and he should not be slept on with his combination of raw power and size. His offers have been en fuego recently with offers from West Virginia, Maryland, Louisville, Ole Miss, and Michigan State coming in sine the start of May.
Hopewell 2023 QB Mason Cumbie
Cumbee is going to make a college very happy one day. At 6’2″ and 180lbs, Cumbie can sit in the pocket and throw darts and move around a little bit as he had 325 rushing yards in five games this season and came in fourth in the state track meet in the 110m hurdles, a true athlete. Cumbie I think actually benefitted from Hopewell star RB TreVeyon Henderson early enrolling at Ohio State as he didn’t have Henderson to lean on.
5 games with 325 rushing yards with 2 tds, went 27-55 276 passing yards, 5 tds, and 1 int!! https://t.co/mP9KT8dB75

Northside 2023 QB Sidney Webb Sidney Webb 5'11" | 180 lbs | QB Northside | 2023 State VA
At 5’11” and 175lbs with a 3.0 GPA, Webb is a three-sport athlete and plays basketball, along with baseball at Northside, and has the grades to back up his on-field work. Webb throws a great deep ball that is accurate and has a very solid release. Webb is ranked as our 33rd recruit in his class
While he has no offers, Webb has been hitting the camps hard this summer.
Highland Springs 2023 WR TaKye Heath TaKye Heath 5'9" | 155 lbs | WR Highland Springs | 2023 State VA
One of the players that really benefitted most from this camp was Heath, our 27th ranked recruit in the 2023 class. The 5’11” WR?CB is going to play WR at the next level and ever since the camp, Heath has seen his stock shoot up faster than Dogecoin.
Just in the last week, Heath has been offered by Duke, Virginia Tech, Old Dominion, Boston College, and Marshall.
St.Anne’s-Belfield (Charlottesville) 2023 QB Henry Meulenberg
I had not seen Meulenberg prior to this camp but he sure did impress, At 6’5″ and 175lbs, there is room for Meulenberg to add maybe 20lb more to his frame and with a 3.6 GPA, Meulenberg is certainly a target for schools that don’t offer athletic scholarships such as Ivy’s.
His film shows a QB that had some room to improve but already has a very solid foundation.
