2028 Webster County QB Isaiah Cutlip is one of the more unique additions to the rankings, as it is not often a Class A quarterback works his way into the Top 100. After evaluating his recently posted film, it became clear that Cutlip deserved to be part of the conversation. Cutlip has a big 6’3 185 frame that could translate to multiple positions if quarterback ultimately is not where his highest ceiling is, but we like what we see from him behind center right now. It would be easy for some to dismiss his production and ability because of the level of competition, but Cutlip consistently showed traits that project beyond Class A football as the #7 QB in the class. The competition may not be the highest, but the ability is there, and we believe Cutlip is one of the better quarterback prospects in West Virginia’s 2028 class.
