PRZ Orlando: Defensive Linemen Impress
In this article:
ORLANDO – As the prospects went through their warmups on Sunday afternoon at Boone High School, the coaches, media, recruiting analysts and fans had to be impressed at the talent on hand.
The 2025 Prep Redzone Stock Up Winter Showcase welcomed over 100 prospects from all over the state of Florida on a day made for football.
As many offensive players were on hand to show what they had to offer, it was several defensive players that turned heads and made an impact.
With so much talent to choose from on the defensive line, it was Lake Worth Park Vista Class of 2026 standout Byron White, who stood tall at the end, taking home MVP honors.
The 6-3, 250-pounder, who happens to play both ways for his high school team, was not only impressive during drills, but stole the show during competition. He pushed the envelope all afternoon, taking on some promising offensive linemen.
In addition to what he does on the field, his work in the classroom (3.8 GPA is also something that will open doors at the next level.
THERE WERE OTHERS WHO GRABBED THE SPOTLIGHT AS WELL
While White was doing his thing, there were others that the coaches singled out as well:

, DL, 6-0, 240, Groveland South Lake – 4.6 GPA. Wrestling. Another elite talent that showcased some impressive skills with his head coach Brad Lord on hand. Did well in testing and made an impact during drills.
Will Buzyniski, DE, 6-1, 220, Orlando Boone. Participating on his own field, this is going to be a special player for head coach Andy Johnson and the Braves in 2025.

Umatilla | 2026
FL
, DL/OL, 6-1, 243, Umatilla – 3.27 GPA. To be honest, if it wasn't for the great day that Byron White had, this was your MVP. He may have lost one battle all day and was so quick off the ball. He plays on either side of the ball and all three defensive line positions.
Jasper Hebel, DE/TE, 6-5, 230, Lakeland. He makes the move from Lake Gibson over the defending 5A state runner up Dreadnaughts and understands that he will have to turn up his play every day. Is very athletic and is willing to do what needs to be done. Great attitude!
Adrian Morales Adrian Morales 6'3" | 225 lbs | EDGE/TE Goleman | 2026 FL Jr., DE/TE, 6-3, 220, Miami Lakes Barbara Goleman – 3.8 GPA. Another one of the huge prospects who attended and made an impact from start to finish. His motor never turns off and he won several reps after testing and going through drills. Solid football player who has a chance be very special this season for the Gators.
CLASS OF 2027
Trace Johnson

East River | 2027
FL
, DE/OT, 6-4, 210, Orlando East River – 4.1 GPA. If there was a prospect with a brighter future than this young man, where was he on Sunday. When this young man puts on 40-50 pounds over the next two years, he will be a Power 4 recruit. He is quick, athletic and long.

Bishop Moore | 2027
FL
, DL/Edge, 6-0, 235, Orlando Bishop Moore – 3.75 GPA. Another of those young players that certainly benefitted from being at the event, and part of a program that continues to raise the bar, this is another name to keep an eye on.
CLASS OF 2028
Makarion Owens, DE, 6-0, 215, West Boca Raton – 4.2 GPA. Talk about a future prospect. Having been part of the 6A state champions, this is another high-level player that the Bulls will continue to grow around. Had a solid showcase day.
