At 6-foot-2, 215 pounds, Jake Forburger Jake Forburger 6'3" | 210 lbs | QB Walter Johnson | 2026 State MD brings a rare blend of arm talent and physicality to the quarterback position. He has the ability to sling the ball to all levels of the field, showing confidence in pushing the ball vertically while also hitting windows underneath. What sets him apart, however, is his punishing style as a runner. Forburger doesn’t shy away from contact, he lowers his shoulder and runs through defenders, making him a legitimate threat on the ground in short-yardage and broken-play situations.

Coming off a season where he accounted for 19 touchdowns, Forburger has already proven he can put points on the board and lead an offense. With his size, toughness, and ability to extend plays, the rising senior has the skill set to take another step forward in 2025.

Currently holding an offer from Howard University, Forburger is a player to keep a close eye on this fall. Continued production could open the door for more Division I programs to join the race for his commitment.
