James is one of the top players across the Bay Area on either side of the ball and is a truly elite athlete that is fluid, has natural ball skills and true downfield speed and big-time play-making abilities. Defensively, he is a patient corner, natural peddler that does not take false steps and can peel off man coverage with tremendous natural instincts and breaking abilities. He is seemingly always around the ball and plays very physical for his size. Currently, James hold one offer from Sacramento State.

James is one of the top young corners in California and is a true man cover guy that can be left alone on a island and excels downfield. He’s coming off a tremendous sophomore season campaign against the top competition in Northern California and is a plus athlete that is a no-brainer FBS caliber player. He is a well balanced prospect that has a strong build and natural ball skills with return abilities and true open field speed. Currently, he holds one offer from Sacramento State end it would not be surprising if plenty of other schools came in and offered during the spring evaluation period.
