PRZ Orlando: Linebackers Step Up

In this article:
ORLANDO – Mike Fanoga has been around football for decades at the collegiate level. During that time, he has watched several quality prospects perform.
As the defensive coordinator at Edward Waters University in Jacksonville for the past two years, he has had the opportunity to be a part of the Prep Redzone Florida Stock Up Showcase and work with some elite football talent.
On Sunday at Orlando Boone High School, Fanoga, who has coached at the University of Texas El-Paso, West Alabama, Iowa Wesleyan College, Valdosta State University, Kentucky, Western Kentucky, New Mexico State University, Wyoming, Lane College, Benedict College, Virginia Union University, Morgan State University, Missouri Southern University, MTI, and at Wai'anae High School during his impressive career, worked with the linebackers, and while there were just a handful, he was impressed.
When the event had ended and Fanoga had to choose his top performers, he went with Miami True North Classical Academy 2027 standout

The versatile Harris, who is an emerging athlete in the state, had the opportunity to showcase his many skills in front of coaches, newspapers reporters, fans and recruiting analysts.
“What I like about that young man (Harris) is he is fluid and very athletic,” Fanoga pointed out. “At such a young age, there is so much to learn, and he will continue to mature.”
Here is a look at the four top linebackers:
