The Lakeside Rams are a talented football team. [player_tooltip player_id="149577" first="Braylen" last="Russell"] gives them a back that can run it up the middle. However, Russell can also catch the ball and take it the distance from anywhere on the field. Russell impressed the right people at the Arkansas Razorbacks camp on Sunday. The Lakeside running back earned a scholarship offer from the Hogs. The running back position in the Kendall Briles’ offense is one that is versatile, and Russell fits that description perfectly.

At the specialist camp at the University of Wisconsin, Seelicke had an excellent showing. To say that Seelicke showed out in Madison would be an understatement. Seelicke was perfect on all kicks from inside 50-yards. He is a kicker that can make all of the kicks needed but having played at Pulaski Academy can be used for the onside kicks. Seelicke has the potential to have a huge season this season.

The performances that [player_tooltip player_id="153619" first="Braden" last="Jones"] put together over the weekend is more than enough reason for scouts to take notice of him. In the Siloam Springs 7-on7 tournament, Jones picked off three passes and tacked on two touchdowns. After nine games being played on Saturday, Jones was not finished for the weekend. Jones went to the Arkansas Razorbacks camp and ran a 4.36 in the 40-yard dash. Jones earned All-Conference honors last season and he is a player I expect to have a monster season.

The Rams coaching staff does a great job of putting Cross in positions to be effective. Cross lines up all over the field for the Rams and is a weapon at the running back, wide receiver, and defensive back positions. He is a playmaker all over the field for Lakeside. Cross over the weekend flashed that playmaker potential at the Arkansas Razorbacks camp. Cross was able to put on display his 4.5 second 40-yard dash time. Cross is a player to keep an eye on this season, Lakeside is loaded with weapons and should be a fun team to watch.
