is one of the most versatile and physically gifted linemen in the region, bringing a rare blend of size, athleticism, and impact on both sides of the ball. Named to the PGCFCA (Prince George’s County Football Coaches Association) All-County Team in 2024, Palmer has proven himself as a force in the trenches for both the offensive and defensive fronts.
At 6-foot-4 and 260 pounds, Palmer possesses the frame of a future Power Five lineman and the quickness of a much smaller athlete. On defense, he’s a nightmare for opposing quarterbacks, once he beats his man off the snap, he closes with speed, tracking down QBs and ball carriers with ease. As an offensive lineman, he’s also disruptive, using his strength and leverage to dominate.
Palmer’s ability to impact the game from multiple positions makes him an intriguing two-way lineman in the 2025 class. As he continues to develop and stack production, expect college interest to rise quickly.
