Though he’s listed as a Wide Receiver as well, Dwayne Davis screams Linebacker to me after watching some of his film from the 2024 season. The Caesar Rodney product has a thicker build and looks more like Mike Linebacker in my opinion, but played Outside Linebacker for the Riders. Plays with good straight line speed. Crashes hard and closes quickly on the ball carrier. On several plays in his film, Davis makes a tackle for a loss on outside runs going to the opposite side of the field from where he lined up pre-snap, thus showing off that speed.
