[player_tooltip player_id='936972' first='Elijah' last='Greenan Biggs'] 6-0 170 ATH Scappoose

One of the top 4A players in the state and a conference POY candidate the next two seasons. Greenan Biggs accounted for 1,129 all-purpose yards (858 rushing, 271 receiving) and 8 TD's, earning 2nd team all-league honors.

[player_tooltip player_id='1125493' first='Reece' last='Ballew'] 5-10 170 RB Mountainside

Ballew was one of the most impressive sophomores statewide. He stepped in opposite 2x 1st team all-Metro RB [player_tooltip player_id='1094961' first='Jordan' last='Hicks'], rushing 56 times for 522 yards and 6 TDs, while averaging 9.3 yards per carry. His 2nd team all-conference honors were well deserved.

[player_tooltip player_id='1591742' first='Jamie' last='Buell Jr.'] 6-0 175 DB Roosevelt

Buell Jr. earned all-conference honors as a sophomore at DB and could be a 2-way 1st team all PIL guy moving forward. His film speaks to his overall play and versatility as he only knows one speed.

[player_tooltip player_id='1569378' first='Cameron' last='Thomas'] 5-10 160 Sheldon

Another one of Oregon's best on the diamond. Thomas had an outstanding sophomore campaign, earning honorable mention all-conference honors at DB. On the season he made 29 tackles with 2 INTs.

[player_tooltip player_id='1593708' first='Joe' last='Mendazona'] 6-3 190 TE Central

The baseball standout was one of 5A Oregon's breakout athletes. He has legit size and overall athleticism, catching 21 passes for 325 yards and 5 TDs on the year, while earning 2nd team all-conference honors at TE/H-Back.

[player_tooltip player_id='1358887' first='Scottland' last='Telesa'] 6-0 255 DT/OL Aloha

Telesa will likely be the NWOC lineman of the year before he's done. He earned 1st team honors on the offensive front and 2nd team on D where he projects. The Warriors went 5-4 at the 5A level after going winless for two straight seasons.

[player_tooltip player_id='1591709' first='Jayce' last='Strand'] 5-11 180 LB/SS Westview

Strand had an outstanding year, similar to sophomore teammate [player_tooltip player_id='1566150' first='Cohen' last='Trump']. On the season he totaled 50 tackles, 6 tackles for loss, and 4 sacks, earning 3rd team all-Metro accolades.

[player_tooltip player_id='1591586' first='Luke' last='Ortner'] 5-8 170 RB Jesuit

One of Oregon's breakout sophomores. Ortner was a 2nd team all-Metro selection, averaging 8 yards per carry with 8 TDs. He had big shoes to fill with RB Lonnie Burt being named the conference POY on both sides of the ball last season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1125042' first='Barry' last='Myles'] 6-1 175 CB/ATH Sheldon

Myles had a good sophomore year and will likely be one of the top DB's in the South Central Conference next season. He's a big corner who can body receivers, making 12 tackles with 3 PBU's and 1 INT.

[player_tooltip player_id='1242756' first='Luca' last='Blanchet'] 5-8 160 RB/ATH Aloha

Look for Blanchet to be in the NWOC POY conversation the next two seasons. He earned 2nd team all-conference honors at WR as a sophomore and could excel on the 7v7 circuit as part of Team Lillard.

[player_tooltip player_id='876300' first='Xavior' last='Keller'] 5-7 160 ATH North Salem

Keller had a solid sophomore year for a Vikings team that went 1-8. On the season he caught 31 passes with 547 all-purpose yards. They will need him to do well opposite 2026 standout [player_tooltip player_id='402395' first='Braxton' last='Singleton'].

[player_tooltip player_id='936935' first='Nick' last='Normington'] 5-9 155 QB Grant

He definitely doesn't have prototypical size for a QB, but Normington is a track guy and a true dual threat. Get him in space and he becomes a serious problem for opponents.

[player_tooltip player_id='936951' first='Owen' last='Hodson'] 6-0 235 RB Canby

Hodson runs relatively well and with power. He could be a key asset for a Cougars team playing in the state's toughest 5A conference.

[player_tooltip player_id='1593173' first='Tuko' last='Saluskin'] 6-3 180 WR Klamath

Expect Saluskin to be one of the better players in Oregon at the 4A level. The rangy 6-3 WR had an impressive sophomore year, catching 30 balls with 356 yards receiving and 3 TDs.
