I lead by example. I hold my team to a standard.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
I broke my wrist in the first game of my junior season. I taped it up and played through it. At the end of the season, I had to have a screw put in and it caused me to miss summer camps for recruiting. I still worked and got better for my senior year.
