Hobgood finished the season with 2,206 passing yards and 33 touchdowns, while throwing only 3 interceptions. He also added 7 rushing touchdowns to his impressive stat line. His outstanding performance earned him 1st Team All-Conference honors. The talented quarterback has precise touch on deep passes and is able to drop the ball effortlessly into the bucket. His accuracy is exceptional, and he delivers absolute darts on short routes. With the athleticism to extend plays, he can also pick up first downs on the run. A two-sport athlete, Hobgood seamlessly translates his pitching arm talent to the football field. Returning as the defending state champion quarterback, look for him to continue gaining attention heading into his senior year.       Cox, the 2A leading rusher, demonstrates exceptional vision, running strength, and breakaway speed. His film showcases a number of impressive long touchdown runs between the tackles, where he consistently gains significant yardage after contact. Patient behind his offensive line, he never hesitates when facing would-be tacklers, quickly turning upfield with a decisive burst. Cox's big-play ability is also evident on special teams, where he returned both a punt and a kickoff for touchdowns, showcasing his ball-carrying vision and speed.   This season, Cox rushed for 1,717 yards on 217 carries, scoring an astounding 31 touchdowns. His remarkable performance follows a standout 2023 campaign, in which he was named team MVP and earned an academic scholar award. These achievements have earned him scholarship offers from Fairmont State and West Virginia State University. Given his standout performances, it's likely that more programs will take notice as the offseason progresses.       Bryant ranks as the second-leading receiver in his class, but he stands out with the most receiving touchdowns. He finished the season with 12 touchdowns and 826 yards on 38 receptions. At 6'2" / 6'3" and 200 pounds, Bryant possesses above-average size and impressive ball skills. His film opens with two one-handed catches, including a contested deep ball, showcasing his ability to make difficult grabs. A deep threat and red-zone weapon for Owings Mills, he effectively uses his frame to his advantage. After the catch, Bryant runs with determination, breaking tackles and showing impressive elusiveness. So far, he has received interest from Gannon University, but his potential is likely to attract more attention as the offseason progresses.       Chandler is a highly decorated recruit with over 15 offers from programs such as the University of Virginia, the University of South Florida, and Vanderbilt, among others. Just last month, Chandler flipped his commitment from UVA to Vanderbilt, taking his talents to the competitive ranks of the SEC. This season, Chandler amassed 839 passing yards and 9 touchdown receptions. Additionally, he recorded 287 punt return yards, including 2 punt return touchdowns. Known for his elusiveness in the open field, Chandler's skills were highlighted by Decatur, who frequently utilized him on screen plays to create space for big gains. Together with Hobgood, Chandler helped lead the team statistically and lead Decatur to a State Championship title.       O'Connor was named Bayside Conference Offensive Player of the Year after posting tremendous numbers this season. He led his class with 3,367 total yards, including 1,936 passing yards and 1,431 rushing yards. O'Connor accounted for both passing and rushing touchdowns in all but two games. A highly athletic quarterback, he excels at extending plays outside the pocket, keeping his eyes downfield to make throws while also breaking off big runs on scrambles. His ability to create opportunities both in the air and on the ground made him a constant threat throughout the season.
