For several of Wisconsin’s athletes their performances have been so strong that those major FCS and FBS teams are coming forward with scholarship and PWO offers. Today, I want to dive into the players that have dominated their camps so far and earned D1 scholarships and/or PWO offers!
Deven Magli Deven Magli 6'1" | 190 lbs | DB DeForest | 2022 State WI , 6’1″ 190 lbs DB- DeForest
Deven has been making the rounds this summer! He started off his dominant June camp circuit out at the South Dakota camp. That was where he posted outrageously impressive athletic testing times. While out there he posted a 4.46 40, 4.10 pro agility, 10’3″ broad jump, and a 36″ vertical. Within two days of those results going public Magli earned Northern State, and Upper Iowa offers. Magli was just getting started though. From there he made his way to Northern Iowa’s camp, and then went to Madison. While in Madison Deven improved on his pro agility to a 3.95. One day after leaving the Madison camp Deven was able to land his first D1 scholarship offer from North Dakota. On that same day Deven was able to break into the FBS side of D1 as he received a PWO offer from the Badgers after his dominating performance the day before. It is great to see how he capitalized on the opportunities given to him!
After a great call with @CoachHaering I am excited to receive a PWO offer from the University of Wisconsin! 🔴⚪️ pic.twitter.com/l6mE0O003k

Evan Redding Evan Redding 5'11" | 170 lbs | WR Menomonee Falls | 2022 State WI , 5’11″ 170 lbs ATH- Menomonee Falls
Evan was an athlete that I knew would see his recruitment skyrocket when the dead period ended and he was able to get in front of D1 coaches during camp season. Boy has his stock taken off! The 5’11″ 170 lbs ATH attended camp at Madison on June 3rd, and on June 8th he received his first D1 scholarship offer from University of North Dakota and on June 9th he earned a PWO offer from the Badgers. I have a feeling this is just the start of his D1 attention. It’s safe to say that Evan is one of the most athletically gifted players in Wisconsin’s Class of 2022. So, for teams looking for the elite athletes of the class they need to checkout the stud out of Menomonee Falls.

Cody Cotton Cody Cotton 6'1" | 170 lbs | DB Union Grove | 2022 State WI , 6’1″ 170 lbs DB- Union Grove
This is a fun player to highlight. Cody is a Prep Redzone Showcase veteran from our winter camps. That is where he first burst onto the scene for us. Back in early May Cody was able to secure his first offer from UW- River Falls, but with his quick twitch, overall athleticism, and man coverage abilities it was clear that he was just scratching the surface what his recruitment could become. Once Cody was able to show those traits off on D1 campuses the stock started rising. He camped at Northwestern and then with the Badgers right after. It’s safe to say that Cody balled out during his time with the Badgers as he earned a PWO offer the day after he left camp. I can’t wait to see what other teams come forward in pursuit of his athletic gifts.
I’m super excited to announce that I have received a PWO offer from the University Of Wisconsin ! 🦡 @CoachHaering @tmehlhaff10 pic.twitter.com/Va8o2cCx7F

Evan Malcore Evan Malcore 6'6" | 270 lbs | OL Sun Prairie | 2022 State WI , 6’6″ 270 lbs OL- Sun Prairie
Evan has come out of the game roaring as he has been catching a lot of eyes at the camps he has attended so far. Coming into June, Evan had a couple of D2 offers in his possession. That was just the beginning look at what he has done since June started. Evan started his camp trip down in Madison on June 3 and then attended the North Central camp on June 9. The North Central camp is where things have taken off for the 6’6’’ 270 lbs OT from Sun Prairie. After a great showing Evan earned himself an FCS scholarship offer from South Dakota State, and then the following day received an offer from Eastern Michigan. Then this past weekend Evan made his way down to NIU where he earned an offer and then officially announced his commitment to the Huskies. That’s a big time get for the Huskies as they land one of Wisconsin’s best OL, and congratulations to Evan on the decision! Can’t wait to watch you work!

JT Seagreaves JT Seagreaves 6'6" | 220 lbs | TE Monroe | 2022 State WI , 6’6’’ 220 lbs TE- Monroe
One of Wisconsin’s top TEs has been putting together an exciting camp season. Back in the spring he attended the Prep Redzone Wisconsin Showcase at Carroll University where he showed off a wildly impressive blend of size and speed. A few days later Seagreaves earned a D1 offer from Illinois State. That was just the start to an exciting camp season for JT. In early June he attended camp with the Wisconsin Badgers. He performed so well that they invited him back a couple days later to see him work even more. Soon after that second session JT announced that he had earned himself a scholarship offer from the Badgers. JT will also be back in Madtown for an official visit this month. This will be a relationship I’m looking forward to watching grow.
Extremely Blessed and grateful to have received an offer from the University of Wisconsin! Thank you to @PaulChrystWISC @CoachTurnerUW @CoachHaering @efjohnson1972 and @BadgerFootball ⚪️🔴 #OnWisconsin pic.twitter.com/YCB1XdrYxV

Jackson Trudgeon Jackson Trudgeon 6'1" | 175 lbs | DB Madison Edgewood | 2022 State WI , 6’1″ 180 lbs ATH- Madison Edgewood
Another one of Wisconsin’s most gifted athletes was in attendance at the Wisconsin Badgers camp on June 7th. The two way stud for Madison Edgewood had a great day as he was able to earn himself a PWO offer the day after camp. This is Jackson’s first offer overall, so I can’t wait to see his stock continue to rise as more and more teams begin to see the skill and potential within the WR/S prospect. Things are just starting to heat up for the All State DB and All Region WR/DB.
After a great camp yesterday, and an even better phone call from @CoachHaering tonight, I am blessed to announce that I have received a PWO Offer from the University of Wisconsin! @BadgerFootball @Crusaders_FB @jimleonhard @Evan_Flood @SportAdvantEDGE @EdgewoodhsS pic.twitter.com/ePTK1tzVFW
