A competitive and tough kid that has put on some nice muscle mass ahead of his freshman season for the Boilermakers. Plays very strong for his size and makes a difference on the field.

Was selected to the BCJFL All-Star Game and was a clear standout on both sides of the ball in the game
There is a ton to like about what Miller-Forbes brings to the field with his play style. He can take short passes the distance by making people miss in space; Or burn defenders deep if they get caught looking inside.

did a little bit of everything for the Garfield Junior Boilermakers in 2025 and was one of five kids to be selected for the Bergen County Junior Football League All-Star Game. Miller-Forbes got the the start at Outside Linebacker in the All-Star Game but as my opening sentence indicates, he wasn’t limited to that side of the ball. Like a pocket knife, he’s a tool that can be moved around and used in multiple positions and formations on both sides of the ball.
In that All-Star Game QMF and his White Team got shellacked, but he was one of the best players on the field at Wide Receiver, Running Back, Defensive Back and Linebacker. His versatility and explosiveness should be a welcomed asset by Garfield High School, a program that finished above .500 during the 2020-2021 season.
Qua is a player to get excited about. With Deshaun Jackson characteristics, Qua is an extremely smooth mover with the ball in his hands. It is very hard to predict which direction Qua is going with the twitchiness in his running style. He is another one of those athletes that can make a play out of nothing and break ankles along the way to the end zone.
What is most impressive about Qua’s film is just how much faster he is than the competition. He can completely change directions, accelerate, and leave defenders in the dust. More film on social media will only solidify him as one of the top athletes in the NJ 2030 class.
