The Puyallup Roughriders have a playmaker in Luli. He is quick and makes reads fast at linebacker as he does when carrying the ball. Quintin can turn on the switch at will. On passing downs, he gets involved in coverages and has created turnovers. When squared up to the line of scrimmage he can see plays develop and usually stops his responsibility before getting started. You can tell he’s not afraid of sticking his nose in the fan either. His ceiling is high in terms of growing into a defensive force for years to come.
